
Robin Macdonald, soprano, was raised in Waterloo, Iowa, home of the 5 Sullivan Brothers. Robin was born on her brother's 16th birthday, which also happens to have been Elvis' birthday (January 8). This is Robin's second season with the Singers.
Robin is a graduate of Millikin University in Decatur, Illinois with B.M. degree in Commercial Music and a voice emphasis. Currently she is employed as a video editor for Video Events in St. Charles, Illinois.
Robin has sung with the Chicago Master Singers (2006-2006) and performed other solo work for the Historic Dole Mansion in Crystal Lake, Illinois and for the Skokie Theatre of Music.
Robin enjoys all kinds of music and some of her favorite artists include Switchfoot, Allison Kraus and Union Station. She also loves big bands with singers like Frank Sinatra and also the music of Michael Buble.
When she isn't singing Robin enjoys scrap booking, baking, church, music history, reading, Bible studies, musicals and movies.
Robin is married to Grant (her high school sweetheart) and she is the proud owner of a dog named "Bruno".
