Norris Cultural Arts Center Survey
The Dellora A. Norris Cultural Arts Center in St. Charles has provided performances and art exhibitions to the Fox Valley and Northern Illinois communities for 30 years. The Norris Center is in the process of developing a strategic plan. The plan is to provide direction for the organization for the next three to five years. The Norris Center would like to have broad input from the public and have developed a Cultural Arts Survey to collect the important views of the people in the Tri-cities area.
