
Bridget joined SCS in 1990. She is a native of Streamwood, Illinois. She had a great childhood with a many friends and family to play with. They played tennis in the street, 'ghosts in the graveyard', went on scavenger hunts and had regular 'Sorry' tournaments.
Bridget has a B.S in Music Education and has taken classes at Elgin Community College, St Xavier University, University of Illinois and Governor's State University. Her post-graduate studies have taken her to Northwestern University, Northern Illinois University and Harper College. She is currently a choral music director and theater instructor.
Aside from her work with SCS she performs with Six Singers and a Piano (cabaret) and is a freelance director and vocal coach for community theater. She loves musical theater, choral music, folk and rock music. Bridget is partial to Faure and enjoys folk, jazz and musical theater.
When she's not being musical she enjoys sign language, theatre, dinners with friends, time with family, and traveling. "Music is a life force, an acknowledgment of who we are alone and collectively." She wanted to note that she has a fantastic dad, mom, two sisters, one niece, one nephew and brother-in-law.
